Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Thomas and 75th Ave Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for mortgages, investments, or small business services to specialized teams
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and promote digital banking solutions
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawer daily and reporting discrepancies
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to serve the diverse Phoenix community
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
• Support branch operations by preparing reports and assisting with end-of-day procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Successful completion of background check and credit review
