Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Towngate Blvd Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate financial products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist clients with digital banking enrollment, troubleshooting, and navigation of online platforms
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
• Handle cash vault management and reconcile daily transactions
• Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to serve diverse client base in Moreno Valley
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's brand standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Compliance with all banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Valid authorization to work in the United States
