Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Towngate Blvd Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries about JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, loans, or investment services to branch specialists
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
• Handle escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build JPMorgan Chase's presence in Moreno Valley

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting in a branch setting
• Successful completion of background check and regulatory requirements for banking roles
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services
