Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Troup Hwy Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
• Educate clients on JP Morgan Chase products such as checking/savings accounts, credit cards, and loans to meet their financial needs
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized services like wealth management or mortgage advisors
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Build and nurture client relationships to promote loyalty and drive branch growth
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver outstanding service
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JP Morgan Chase's reputation for client care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check
