  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized services like wealth management or mortgage advisors
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JP Morgan Chase policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
  • Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Build and nurture client relationships to promote loyalty and drive branch growth
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and deliver outstanding service

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
