Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawers and preparing daily reports
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to encourage self-service options

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling that may involve evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software applications
