Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Vashon Island Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries while adhering to compliance standards
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients utilize mobile apps and online platforms
• Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring security protocols are followed at all times
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer daily to meet audit requirements
• Participate in community outreach events on Vashon Island to build local relationships
• Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial industry trends through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including flexible scheduling for branch needs
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to the Vashon Island Branch as required
