Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the Walnut Hill and Monroe Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking solutions such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and troubleshooting for retail banking products
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish to serve diverse client populations in Dallas, TX
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote convenience
• Escalate complex issues to senior bankers or managers as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening
