Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with a focus on hospitality, addressing inquiries about banking products and services
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for Chase personal banking, credit, and investment products
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering procedures
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operate branch equipment and systems, ensuring secure handling of sensitive information
  • Support branch operations such as balancing cash drawers, ordering supplies, and preparing reports
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide exceptional service in a bilingual environment
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options to promote convenience

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is mandatory
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Strong ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and banking software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
