Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Watertown Mall Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic client inquiries
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
• Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawer daily
• Promote digital banking solutions to improve client convenience
• Support branch events and community outreach in Watertown, MA
• Ensure a clean and welcoming branch environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
