Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the West Acres Fargo Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to promote self-service options
• Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering procedures
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and handle cash transactions accurately
• Proficiency in using computer systems and banking software
• Availability to work a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background checks and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in banking or financial services
• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language spoken in the Fargo community
