Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at the West Valley City Branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for banking products like credit cards, loans, and investment services
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve the diverse Salt Lake City community
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and support branch operations
• Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawer daily and reporting discrepancies
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options
• Contribute to a positive branch atmosphere by upholding JPMorgan Chase's brand standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for branch location in West Valley City
• Pass background check and drug screening
