Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the West Valley City Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining features and benefits
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards, loans, and investment services
• Conduct teller operations while adhering to compliance standards and security protocols
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior staff
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to support client satisfaction
• Participate in branch events and community outreach to build relationships in the Salt Lake City area
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals for customer service and sales
• Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and industry regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with regulatory requirements
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality in handling client information
