Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Woodbury Rd and W Gate Branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, mortgages, or investment services to specialized teams
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to branch leadership
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing daily reports, and ensuring a secure environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
