Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in the Ann Arbor branch, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Open and maintain client accounts, explaining JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit options
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for deeper financial solutions
• Ensure compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Maintain a clean and welcoming branch environment, embodying JPMorgan Chase's brand standards
• Support digital banking initiatives by educating clients on mobile apps and online tools
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
