Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional JPMorgan Chase products like loans or investments
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their financial journey
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to uphold Chase's reputation for reliability
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach in the Austin Northwest area

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
