Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first philosophy
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, or investment options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Assist in branch operations, including cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Build and nurture client relationships to foster loyalty and referrals in the Baton Rouge community
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch functionality during 30-hour weekly shifts
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and mobile app features to enhance their financial experience
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for service excellence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for Baton Rouge location
