Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Jackson Heights branch
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JP Morgan Chase products and services, such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
  • Handle cash responsibly, balancing teller drawer at the end of each shift
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior staff

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
