  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and online services
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate financial products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure secure operations
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently to build long-term relationships
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
