Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Winnetka branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like Chase checking accounts or credit solutions
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies during daily operations
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer at the end of each shift
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
  • Monitor branch security and report any suspicious activities in line with JPMorgan Chase protocols

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
