Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for JPMorgan Chase products like loans or investments
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention initiatives
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service options

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Availability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
• Successful completion of background check and any required regulatory exams
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance with banking regulations
