Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients in opening new accounts and explaining JPMorgan Chase products like checking, savings, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for lending, investments, or wealth management services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies at JPMorgan Chase
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports
• Promote digital banking tools to encourage seamless client interactions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales and service goals
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
