Key Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial products like credit cards or loans
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to dual control procedures for security
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Collaborate with branch team to support daily operations and client satisfaction goals
• Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Promote digital banking solutions to encourage seamless client interactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client hospitality
