Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment services
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and merchandising
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking products, security measures, and customer service best practices

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
