Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Littleton branch
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless online and mobile experiences
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding client service
  • Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions to ensure operational integrity
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and security best practices in the financial services landscape
  • Support branch events and community outreach initiatives in the CO Metro Southwest region
  • Document client interactions in CRM systems to track service quality and follow-up opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the CO Metro Southwest area if needed
