Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance client satisfaction
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Identify customer needs and refer appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and service metrics
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for excellence

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must pass background check and comply with banking regulations
