Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic client issues while adhering to compliance standards
  • Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve sales goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
