Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance the client experience at JPMorgan Chase branches
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately and efficiently
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities to bankers for products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment services
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers and ATMs at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations
• Assist with branch operations such as opening and closing procedures, and supporting team during peak hours
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior staff
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues in the Contra Costa North region
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial industry trends

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for potential branch coverage
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background check and fingerprinting
