Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
• Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless client access
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and support community outreach initiatives
• Handle cash management and reconcile daily transactions with precision
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices
• Support teller line during peak hours to ensure efficient service delivery

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software
