Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and utilizing digital banking tools
  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities to branch bankers or specialists for deeper financial solutions
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase products such as Chase Sapphire banking and investment options
  • Support branch operations by managing lobby flow and resolving client inquiries efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for branch location in Mesquite, TX
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements, including background check and credit review
