Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while ensuring accuracy and security
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and troubleshooting to support client financial goals
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales targets and deliver seamless service
  • Handle cash and sensitive information with utmost integrity to protect client assets
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior bankers or specialists

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
