  • Collaborate with branch team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, or willingness to learn
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass background checks
