Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Troy, MI branch
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients in opening and maintaining personal and business accounts, explaining JPMorgan Chase offerings
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for investment, lending, or credit products to specialized bankers
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior team members
• Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers, preparing daily reports, and ensuring a secure environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and promote JPMorgan Chase's digital banking tools
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices specific to the financial services industry

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screening
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications
