Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to enhance client self-service options
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and improve client satisfaction metrics
  • Handle cash management and balancing daily transactions securely
  • Support community engagement initiatives in the Financial District, Van Ness, Mission Bay, and Potrero areas
  • Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior bankers efficiently
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation for branch coverage in San Francisco areas
