Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Flint or Saginaw branch
• Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to JPMorgan Chase security and compliance protocols
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial products, such as credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet sales goals and support community outreach initiatives in Flint and Saginaw
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers as needed
• Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, industry regulations, and product updates through ongoing training
• Support audit and risk management processes by documenting transactions and maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule of up to 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
