  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for products like credit cards, loans, or investment services to bankers
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support branch operations by organizing lobby areas and promoting digital banking tools
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and client satisfaction targets
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and secure banking practices in line with JPMorgan Chase standards

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
  • Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
