  • Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase products such as checking, savings, credit cards, and digital banking tools
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to specialized services like wealth management or lending
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Support branch operations by balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch functionality during peak hours
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly to uphold Chase's reputation for client care
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on financial products and industry trends

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
