Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Assist clients with opening and maintaining checking, savings, and other deposit accounts
• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online services to promote self-service options
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for credit products, investments, or mortgages to partners
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer protocols
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and community engagement initiatives
• Perform branch opening and closing procedures securely
• Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices in client care

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
