Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic financial inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
  • Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely to minimize risk
  • Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior staff
  • Promote digital banking tools to encourage self-service options
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach in the Greater Central Florida North area

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of background check and any required regulatory exams
