Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Cypress, TX branch
• Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries related to JPMorgan Chase personal and business banking products
• Identify opportunities to refer clients to appropriate Chase financial solutions, such as credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) protocols
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy
• Collaborate with branch team members to support overall branch operations and client satisfaction goals
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, mobile apps, and online platforms to promote self-service options
• Handle customer escalations professionally, resolving issues to uphold JPMorgan Chase's reputation for client care
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in the Greater Northwest area to build local relationships

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
