Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with account openings, maintenance, and resolving basic inquiries in compliance with federal regulations
  • Promote digital banking solutions to encourage seamless client interactions via mobile apps and online platforms
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment while adhering to security protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver superior client service
  • Handle cash responsibly and balance teller drawers at the end of shifts
  • Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and industry trends through ongoing training
  • Support community engagement initiatives in Greater Virginia to build local client relationships

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to branch locations in Greater Virginia
