Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Greater Woodlands branch
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and basic inquiries using JPMorgan Chase systems
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for additional products like credit cards, loans, or investment services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure secure and ethical operations
• Collaborate with branch team members to support daily operations and achieve service goals
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments responsibly, balancing teller drawers at the end of shifts
• Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options and convenience
• Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers when necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and banking software
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
