Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience at the Houston Gulf Coast branch
  • Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to JPMorgan Chase's compliance and security protocols
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, or investment options
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools, such as the Chase Mobile app, to promote self-service options
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment to uphold our commitment to client care
  • Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to senior bankers when necessary
  • Ensure all interactions comply with federal regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on banking trends and product offerings

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
