Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to JPMorgan Chase security protocols
• Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products and services to meet client needs
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Support branch initiatives, such as community events in Fishers, IN, to build local relationships
• Perform routine administrative tasks, including updating client records and preparing reports
• Stay informed on JPMorgan Chase offerings and industry trends to provide informed advice

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
