Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Assist clients with everyday banking needs, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to JPMorgan Chase security protocols
• Identify opportunities to recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase financial products and services
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth operations in the Indianapolis Southeast location
• Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Promote digital banking tools to help clients manage finances conveniently
• Support branch events and community initiatives to build local relationships
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation and reporting tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client interaction
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
