Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their financial experience
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and deliver seamless service
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawers daily
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in community outreach events in the Upper Desert area to build local relationships
  • Support branch operations during peak hours in the Hesperia location

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • At least one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Hesperia, CA location
