Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client-first culture
• Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy
• Assist clients with account openings, maintenance, and inquiries using Chase digital tools
• Identify client needs and refer opportunities for Chase checking, savings, credit, and investment products
• Maintain compliance with federal regulations, anti-money laundering policies, and internal controls
• Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals and enhance client satisfaction
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely, balancing teller drawer daily
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate complex matters to senior bankers
• Participate in branch events and community outreach in the Jeffersonville area
• Stay updated on JPMorgan Chase policies and financial industry trends through ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for the Jeffersonville, IN location
• Compliance with all applicable banking regulations and JPMorgan Chase policies
