Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality in line with JPMorgan Chase's client care standards
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings with accuracy
  • Assist clients with basic financial inquiries and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts or credit cards
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by referring to specialized bankers for investment or lending needs
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely while balancing teller drawers daily
  • Support branch operations by preparing reports, updating client records in core banking systems, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and enhance client satisfaction in the Louisville area
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to promote self-service options and reduce wait times
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating complex matters to branch management as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with banking regulations
