Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and refer opportunities for wealth management, loans, or credit products to specialized teams
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state banking regulations, including anti-money laundering protocols
  • Support branch operations such as cash handling, vault management, and end-of-day reconciliations
  • Educate clients on digital banking tools to enhance their financial experience
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and secure client service environment
  • Participate in branch events and community outreach to promote JPMorgan Chase's commitment to Las Vegas
  • Handle escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism to resolve concerns promptly

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and financial software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Satisfactory background check and compliance with banking regulations
