Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing with accuracy and efficiency
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate banking products such as checking accounts, credit cards, and loans
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and balancing the teller drawer
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Promote digital banking solutions to help clients manage finances conveniently
• Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and client retention
• Handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality and security

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
• Ability to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Strong cash handling and transaction processing skills
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
