Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional hospitality to enhance their banking experience
  • Process routine banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account openings
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate JPMorgan Chase products like checking accounts, credit cards, and investment options
  • Assist with digital banking enrollment and troubleshooting to promote seamless online services
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase policies
  • Collaborate with branch team to support sales goals and client retention efforts
  • Handle cash and secure transactions accurately while minimizing risk
  • Educate clients on fraud prevention and financial wellness in the context of Marin and Napa's diverse community
  • Support branch operations during peak hours to ensure efficient service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of basic banking products and services
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
